World Patient Safety Day
At MIVI Salud, faithful to our commitment to offer the best service to our patients, we want to celebrate this day by explaining:
What is patient safety?
Why is it essential in our daily work?
Why should our patients feel completely safe when they visit our center?
Patient safety is a health care discipline that aims to minimize all risks and eliminate avoidable adverse events that can occur when providing health care services.

We must remember that the World Health Organization (WHO), at its World Assembly held in May 2019, established patient safety as a global health priority, and established that every September 17 should be celebrated as Patient Safety Day, to promote the culture of safety and increase the awareness and involvement of everyone in this issue.
In our Institute, safety is a fundamental part of our DNA, so we follow strict protocols and our professionals have extensive training, being able to offer the best treatment, with the utmost scientific rigor, in the safest and most effective way, and always focused on the patient.
To maintain this level of commitment to safety, we know that we have to evaluate and follow up on all the improvements we have made over the years, but above all we must continue to innovate and research. In this regard, we will soon undertake new actions to meet our objective, which is to provide the best possible care in an environment of excellence.
