MIVI Salud: A commitment to patient-centered care<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At MIVI Salud, we believe that quality medical care should focus on the needs and expectations of patients. That is why, at our Pain Unit in Sant Cugat, we have carried out an exhaustive analysis of the patient experience to identify strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities to offer an even more personalized and effective service. <\/p>\n

An approach based on active listening<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Chronic pain affects the quality of life of millions of people. Knowing how they feel and what our patients need is key to optimizing our treatments. To this end, we have developed a two-phase study: <\/p>\n

  1. Meeting with our multidisciplinary team:<\/strong> We analyze the main challenges in patient care and explore strategies for improvement.<\/li>\n
  2. Focus group with patients:<\/strong> We collected experiences and suggestions directly from those who rely on our unit for the management of their pain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
