It can appear after an effort, by maintained postures, sedentary lifestyle, stress, lack of core strength, muscle overloads or age-related degeneration. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":true,\"134233118\":true,\"201341983\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">An important fact to understand management: most episodes of low back pain are non-specific. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nonspecific<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">which means that <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">there is no identifiable serious cause<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  (fracture, infection, tumor).
