Headache
Headache -or headache- is one of the most frequent reasons for medical consultation. In many cases it is mild and transitory, but when it appears recurrently or becomes chronic it can significantly affect rest, concentration, work performance and personal and social life.
If your headaches appear several days a month, interfere with your life or do not improve with the usual treatments, a specialized assessment is recommended to identify the type of headache and its triggers, and to propose a personalized plan.
Herpes Zoster
Herpes Zoster, popularly known as shingles, is a condition caused by reactivation of the Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV), the same agent that causes chickenpox. After having had chickenpox, the virus lies dormant in the nervous system, usually showing no signs until it reactivates.
90% of the population is at risk of suffering from Herpes Zoster and for this reason, it is important to be informed about what it is, how it reactivates, what the symptoms are and what possible complications exist.
