Dr. Christian Dürsteler Tatxé Christian Dürsteler Tatxé is a specialist in Anesthesiology and an expert in pain treatment with more than two decades of experience in national reference centers. He has led pain units in hospitals of maximum complexity such as the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and is currently the Head of the Pain Unit of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Head of the Pain Unit of the Sagrat Cor Hospital (Quirónsalud Group)..

His career integrates care, teaching, research and health management, with a solid background in pain medicine, neuropharmacology and hospital management. He has directed award-winning doctoral theses, participated in strategic committees and published numerous scientific articles in international journals. His practice is oriented to multidisciplinary models and the development of innovative programs in chronic pain.
