MIVI Group presents its Strategic Plan 2026-2030: the future of pain treatment is already underway

On May 21, MIVI Group presented its Strategic Plan 2026-2030 in Barcelona, a roadmap that marks the beginning of a new stage for the company and reinforces its position as one of the most important healthcare groups specializing in pain treatment in Spain.

Under the concept “Beyond Health 2030”, the conference brought together healthcare professionals, hospital partners, insurers and healthcare leaders to share a clear vision: to transform the approach to pain through a more integrated, technological, humane and efficient healthcare model.

Currently, more than 9 million people live with chronic pain in Spain and close to 100 million in Europe, a reality that makes pain one of the main health and socioeconomic challenges of the 21st century.

In this context, Grupo MIVI has developed a specialized multi-vertical model that integrates:

  • Specialized pain management units
  • Advanced physiotherapy
  • Digital medicine
  • Home care for complex patients
  • Traffic accident management
  • Clinical big data
  • Training based on clinical excellence in pain management.

All with a common goal: to improve the quality of life of patients and transform the way we understand pain management.

A specialized, scalable and patient-centered healthcare model

During the presentation, the MIVI Group’s management team shared the main axes of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan:

  • National and international expansion
  • Clinical and technological innovation
  • Integration between healthcare verticals
  • Data-driven management and measurable results
  • Promoting medical training and knowledge transfer

The plan also envisages progressive growth in Europe and Latin America, consolidating a specialized model in pain medicine capable of responding to current and future healthcare challenges.

Beyond Health 2030: a shared vision

The event also served to highlight the evolution of the group and the leadership of the professionals who have driven this project since its inception.

Inspired by the vision of Dr. Ricardo Vallejo, an international reference in pain medicine, Grupo MIVI continues to focus on a combined model:

  • clinical excellence,
  • therapeutic innovation,
  • care humanization
  • and continuity of care.

Because the future of healthcare is not only about treating diseases, but also about building models capable of accompanying patients in all their clinical, emotional and functional complexity.
