What is Magnetolith® treatment?
High frequency magnetotherapy treatment is a very innovative non-invasive treatment that helps repair and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries by applying pulsed electromagnetic waves through the stimulation of cellular activity. It is a very comfortable and effective therapy that generates a high frequency magnetic field, allowing a great depth of penetration and a wide area of application. It helps to reactivate cellular metabolism and stabilize certain physiological processes, positively influencing the action potentials of the affected cells.

For which pathologies is it indicated
- Arthrosis
- Back pain due to herniated disc Spondylolysis
- Spondylolisthesis
- Canal stenosis
- Chronic low back pain
- Radiculopathies
- Tendinopathies
- Pubalgias
- Meniscopathies
- Pelvic floor pain
- Discopathies
- Bone edema and fractures
- In athletes, it accelerates the process of tissue regeneration, normally worn out by the repetition of the same movements during sports practice.
The Procedure
Diagnosis and assessment:
In order to correctly apply this treatment and obtain the effectiveness it can provide, a correct diagnosis and evaluation of the patient is essential. For this, a visit to the physiotherapist is essential, where we will ask specific questions that, together with the physical examination and evaluation of the complementary tests, will allow us to determine more precisely what the cause or causes of the pain are.
Treatment:
It lasts between 20-30 minutes. The patient is comfortably positioned and the flexible support adapts to the area.
It does not require hospitalization in most cases.
Efficiency
This therapy offers new possibilities of regeneration and rehabilitation using the healing power of high frequency magnetic waves, achieving a positive influence on the chemical reactions of the pathological cells reactivating the cellular metabolism, normalizing the physiological processes and accelerating the healing process.
It is a very comfortable and effective treatment since sessions of about 20 - 30 minutes are performed on the injured area for approximately 10 sessions, depending on the advice of our professionals.
