Dr. Rubén Algarra

Director of the Pain Unit MIVI Marbella

Dr. Rubén Algarra is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with extensive experience in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of pain and advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

He has developed his career in public and private reference units, leading programs of functional rehabilitation, radiofrequency, ultrasound-guided interventionism, vestibular rehabilitation and approach to complex chronic pain.

He is currently Coordinator of the Pain Unit of MIVI Salud Marbella in Clínica Ochoawhere he applies a comprehensive, minimally invasive and evidence-based approach to improve the quality of life of patients.

His training also includes aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, integrating a global approach to health, wellness and functionality. His goal is to combine clinical knowledge, research and technology to offer effective, safe and personalized solutions in the treatment of pain.
